HayLo Terms and Conditions

 

Welcome to HayLo. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By purchasing our products or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.


1. Introduction

These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”) and HayLo (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). They govern your purchase and use of our products, as well as your interactions with our website and services. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our site, you agree to these terms.


2. Order Processing and Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. However, this acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receiving it, for reasons such as product availability or payment discrepancies.


3. Shipping and Delivery

HayLo operates as a made-to-order, drop-shipping business. All products are manufactured upon ordering, and as such, shipping times can vary depending on factors such as your location, supply chain disruptions, or customization requests.

While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, delays may occur, especially for custom products. Longer delivery times are common with international orders. In the event of significant delays, we will notify you and provide updated timelines.


4. Lifetime Guarantee

We stand behind our SHIELD technology with an unmatched lifetime guarantee. If you experience an attack while wearing a HayLo product with SHIELD technology, we will replace it free of charge.

Eligibility for Lifetime Guarantee:

  • You must provide documented proof of the incident, which may include a police report, medical records, or photographic evidence.
  • The claim must be related to an actual attack, where the product was worn and used for protection.
  • Any misuse, unauthorized alterations, or modification of the product will void the warranty.

HayLo reserves the right to review and approve each claim on a case-by-case basis. The replacement product may differ slightly from the original due to design updates.


5. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in AUS $ unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards and other forms of payment as listed on our website.

In the event of a payment failure or fraud suspicion, HayLo reserves the right to cancel the order and take necessary action.


6. Product Availability

Our products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of products we offer and to discontinue any product at any time without notice. If a product you order is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative solutions such as a refund or a substitute product.


7. Warranty Disclaimer

Our products are designed to offer enhanced protection, but HayLo cannot guarantee complete immunity from injury. While our SHIELD technology can reduce the likelihood or severity of injuries, it is not indestructible or impervious to all forms of harm.

No claims are made regarding the absolute effectiveness of our products under extreme conditions. HayLo disclaims liability for any injury or damage resulting from product misuse or circumstances beyond reasonable control.


8. Liability and Disclaimer

HayLo in no way condones or promotes violence. Our products are designed solely for protection and safety. We disclaim responsibility for any misuse of our products, including, but not limited to, using our products to engage in violence, illegal activities, or reckless behavior.

We do not take responsibility for any injuries sustained while using our products inappropriately or outside of their intended purpose.


9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, governmental restrictions, supply chain interruptions, or strikes. If such a situation arises, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide alternative solutions.


10. Intellectual Property

All content on the HayLo website, including logos, product designs, text, and images, is the intellectual property of HayLo or its licensors. You are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using any of the intellectual property without prior written consent from us.


11. Indemnification

By using our products and services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless HayLo, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and costs (including legal fees) resulting from:

  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Any misuse or modification of our products;
  • Injuries caused during proper or improper use of our products.


12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and HayLo, we agree to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations. If we are unable to reach a resolution, the dispute will be governed by the laws of NSW Australia, and any legal action must be filed within.

Return and Refund Policy

 

 

At HayLo, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by offering a simple and transparent return and refund policy. Please review the following guidelines to understand your rights and obligations.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 90 days of receiving your product. To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached;
  • In its original packaging.

Exceptions: Custom or personalized products, including those made with special materials or altered designs, are non-returnable unless the item was received damaged or defective.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support at hayloshield@yahoo.com . Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. If you need an exchange, contact us within 90 days of receipt.


5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products;
  • Items purchased during final sales or promotions.


6. Lifetime Guarantee Claims

If you are claiming a replacement product under our Lifetime Guarantee due to an attack:

  • You must provide supporting documentation (e.g., police report, medical report).
  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the incident.
